Dream a Little Dream

Dreams are more important in Life than most people realise. When you first fall asleep and your alpha brain rythm drops to around 7cyles per second, your body repair mechanisms kick in. After a period approaching an hour, various with the individual, then the mental/Psyche reapir mechnisms kick in, and a large aspect of that is in the form of dreams.

Dreams are a kind of sequence of images and the images are often significant, because they are generated by your subconscious and its rare you get a clue as to what that is dealing with.

The problem is understanding what they mean. That is not helped by the fact there are no porfessional interpreters of dreams. The reason is that the images are often very symbolic. For example, you dream about being a butterfly. That can represent a lot of different things, beauty, metamorphose, dispersion, freedom, etc, etc. The only way an interpreter can find out what that means to you is by asking you and yet they are supposed to know!

For those who may be interested you can post your dreams at https://medium.com/dreamer-s-den and I will usually provide an interpretation
