Ice Bear would like to get regular sleep. But climate change is stressful.
I’ve been trying for years to shorten my cyclical day from 40 hours to the normal 24.
I sleep six hours every 40 hours on average, sometimes in two three hour naps. Brain won’t turn off, and if it does it doesn’t stay off, and Ambien is frightening when you’re standing on your deck naked from the waist down smoking a bowl at 4am, but you have a shirt and tie on up top….ready for the day coach!!!
I did a calculation and for my age (41) I’ve slept three less years of my life than my contemporaries. Not that I have much extra to show for it, and I’m quite sure it’s worked to my detriment at times. Just saying if you can get ahead on sleep I’m jealous and go get it.
