I think thay should rewrite all code in Asm, it’s much faster then Python, Go, C++ and others)))

Assembly is not faster in any practical sense — you will spend so long writing it that it won’t ever run (it takes a lot of work to beat the LLVM optimizer, for instance). Note that I didn’t suggest C; time-to-write is an important component also. The alternatives I asked about enable high productivity as well as acceptable performance.

“We really don’t have that much time to train people, and don’t think we can find enough existing talent,” is a reasonable answer (in the same vein as “why not asm” — that is, because it takes too long from now until when the project will be deployable).
