No, it’s not. Take it from someone who lives in the UK. Thatcher got elected in 1979. The fact that she was a woman made absolutely no difference whatsoever. What mattered were her policies, obviously.
Saying Hillary would make a good president because she’s a woman is no better than saying Barack Obama would be a bad president because he’s black. Both notions are dangerous nonsense.
What is the content of her character? What policies does she unequivocally stand for?
