That makes the unreasonable assumption that no superdelegates will vote for Sanders in the event that he achieves a majority of pledged delegates. That’s simply not the case. Bill Clinton has stated that he will vote for Bernie Sanders at the convention if he has a majority of pledged delegates. Superdelegates will not overturn a pledged delegate majority.
