ThinkSprint is a great concept and I’m thrilled to see it becoming a reality. Some entrepreneurial colleagues of mine and I played around with a somewhat similar idea a short time ago. Our initial challenge was the client education factor. This is a wildly different approach than they’re used to and an evolving process can be difficult to explain (or sell). Even though they quickly saw the value or such a service, they were concerned about risking an investment in something new, especially involving outsiders. It also was challenging for us all to determine a value for these services. An hourly rate usually is not commensurate with the value of groundbreaking ideas or implementable strategies that could result in very significant monetary savings or profits. I look forward to following your developments and welcome a conversation, if desired.
