It’s not possible to have decimal without binary (and vice versa).
Everything boils down to a binary choice (or else we would not have the decimal).
The decimal system organizes our reality (around a binary choice) (small and large) to make it easier to understand.
But universal relativity (universal circularity) (universal uncertainty) makes this fall apart (small and large is a binary choice).
Conservation of the circle is the core dynamic in nature.
