I would focus on preemptively talking about future Ethereum roadmap elements. The shift to proof of stake and why, privacy features (ring signature, zero knowledge proofs). Or how Ethereum could integrate with existing infrastructure (on or off the core eth platform), elements such as data provision, ID management, etc.
