“I grew up in rural Texas, and DACA is important to me because that meant that whenever I graduated from college, I was able to obtain a driver’s license, and drive my parents around whenever they needed to go and visit family that was in a long distance. It meant for me, that I was able to have enough money through my job to be able to provide financial support for my parents, who are becoming elderly as the time goes on. I fiercely feel able to take care of my family.”
