- Change hotkeys: If you are playing on your PC, change your hotkeys at your convenience. The default setup may not suit you.
- Use your mic: If you are playing on a mobile device, you will have the option to use your microphone in the battle. Communication is key! If you and your teammates can all get on the same page, you will have the advantage of teamwork.
- Spread out: This is a common mistake made by players. You need to spread out! Keep a distance from your teammates. Thetan Arena has many crowd control (CC) skills that may penalize anyone who isn’t paying attention.
- Watch different areas: If you are spread out from your teammates properly, you won’t face a problem watching different battlefield areas. The battle screen is small, and there are multiple blind spots in the battlefield arena. At any time, there should be at least two teammates covering the top, middle, and bottom.
- Use your cover: Thetan Arena is an angle-based game. Characters with great range, such as Marksman, require a clear line of sight. Everything, including walls, towers, and pots, may serve as a cover. However, how they are used correctly is what separates winners from losers.
- Don’t spam your attack: Each character has a different attack speed, and their energy will reload. Therefore, each attack matters. You might be tempted to spam the attack button, but it may be a mistake!
- Don’t go SOLO, especially early game. You and your buddy should be taking down boxes and orbs together. That should be enough to activate one of your skills so you can use it in the clash in the center.
- Heal when you are not farming! You might have noticed that your character is healing when they are idle. Attack your enemy a few times and then back up and heal. Remember, your enemy is using the same strategy against you!
- Know your Role: Thetan Arena is a teamwork game, and winning together is THE most important tip for success in the game. Know your role as a team member and stick to it.
- Practice and practice more: Finally, you can transform your skills through practice and strategizing. The more you play, the better you’ll understand how each character works and how to use them effectively in battle. The same goes for learning the map layouts and finding efficient ways to collect boxes. As with any skill, practice makes perfect — so don’t be discouraged if you aren’t a pro right away. Keep playing and honing your strategy, and soon you’ll find yourself dominating Theton Arena matches.
