- Cuisine in Madhya Pradesh has a small touch of Rajasthani and Gujrati cuisines. Previously, Jowar was the principal cereal here. But now, Wheat is the staple food of Madhya Pradesh.
- . The area of expertise of their cuisine here is the use of wheat and milk with assorted items. Here one will find dishes that are hard to find outside the state of Madhya Pradesh.
