I concur, but you know, if you replace the grass fed beef with standard growth hormone laden fare, you might actually put on some pounds. Seriously. I also never gain weight while I’m cooking for myself, because I only eat the highest quality ingredients (which means no growth hormones), but when I go through periods in which I eat out a lot I actually start noticeably putting on weight within just a month or two!
