What bothers me is that at so many companies D&I is considered to be a part of marketing or PR. I was stunned when I learned this. The same day, I saw a post from an Asian woman in PR who was wanting advice on how to break into D&I work. I held myself back from responding at all. Something has gone terribly wrong here.
