Development Progress
1. Implemented Ruby OmniAuth-YOYOW Plugin.
2. Implemented YOYOW login based on Homeland open-source software.
3. YOYOW wallet App V1.3 has completed its product design and UI design. The whole UI design will have a major change while keeping its original style. The following new features will be added:
a) Besides the already existed information sales Dapp, two new Dapps will be added.
b) Action details will be added. Users can view all the on-chain actions including asset creation, transfer, bonus points receive, etc.
c) Supports App backup file (QR code) import to PC-end to restore wallet, which means that YOYOW wallets registered on App can now be imported onto PC-end for using.
d) Adding Help Center, a nanny level tutorial teaching you how to use YOYOW wallet.
e) Adding password exemption time setting after action confirmation.
f) More detailed changes and underlying logic optimization.
4. YOYOW new official website released: yoyow.org
Community Updates
1. On Nov 5th, Computer News published an article ‘YOYOW, based on blockchain technology, was born for content income distribution’ which introduced ecosystem construction and implemented applications of YOYOW. Computer News is China’s most widely circulated IT newspaper.
2. On Nov 12, YOYOW was invited to participate as an exhibitor for the 2018 Singapore Fintech Festival. Singapore FinTech Festival (SFF) is the world’s largest FinTech festival and global platform for the FinTech community. The Festival is organized by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) in partnership with The Association of Banks in Singapore and in collaboration with SingEx Holdings. YOYOW demonstrated to the audiences that YOYOW is promoting and development and achievements of the blockchain content value network.
3. DPoS Club, a blockchain developer forum focused on grapheme technology, has been redesigned and implemented YOYOW login using Omni-auth YOYOW gem, based on Homeland.
4. The SlowMist Security team joined as a YOYOW witness node. SlowMist will make YOYOW’s service and network smoother and more stable.
5. Biask Updates
a) On Oct 17th, Biask organized a Weibo sweepstakes event, “Finding Crypto-world Koi”, and received sponsorship support from Binance, Huobi, OKex, etc. So far it has received 1.18 million views and has been shared over 2000 times.
b) On Oct 30th, the brand new APP was released and enabled registration invitation (hot) promotion where new users registered can receive 50 YOYO and both the inviter and invitee can get 50 YOYO. The inviter can also receive a percentage of the daily income of his invitees.
c) On Nov 30th, to celebrate the new APP’s release, Biask organized a Weibo sweepstake event which gave out two iPads and 10k RMB worth of YOYO.
