Nitty Gritty improves delivery experience for online customers with Ingrid Delivery Checkout
Ingrid is happy to announce that new client Nitty Gritty is now up and running with an improved delivery offering in checkout.
Independent multi brand retailer Nitty Gritty is a haven in Stockholm for anyone loving high-end designer fashion and they’ve perfected the shopping experience in store since the 1990’s. Always carrying collections and items that interprets and challenges the contemporary time, Nitty Gritty knows the value of an online store experience that knocks the socks off competitors.
To elevate the online store and offer a better delivery experience, Nitty Gritty has now teamed up with Ingrid. Our Delivery Checkout provides all delivery options deemed most suited for each of our clients and — of course — their consumers.

Currently, DB Schenker carries out orders for Nitty Gritty in Sweden while Fedex handles international orders. Consumers can expect deliveries within 1–5 days, depending on their whereabouts. Jonas Krantz, web shop manager at Nitty Gritty, says this is just the beginning.
From your perspective, what do you consider is the most convenient delivery experience for your consumers?
Convenience can mean so many things, for some it’s having your order delivered to your doorstep, while others prefer being able to choose when and where to collect their shipment.
One thing most of our customers have in common is that they want their shipment to be sent out and delivered as soon as possible.
We try to cater for all needs and are constantly reevaluating options and looking for better services to offer, while keeping a high quality of service in all steps from order placement to delivery.
Care to share something about what’s in store for the future of your online shop and our collaboration?
We have just started to offer home delivery with Budbee for our Swedish customers, which I think will be a great addition.
We are currently looking for solutions to complement FedEx to facilitate the delivery experience for our international customers. Ingrid gives us the tools to customise and optimise shipping options best suited to the customers location. We are looking forward to expanding our services to better suit all our customers needs.
