This session will be hosted by Anthemis and Erevena and will explore Boards from two perspectives: 1) As a founding team, the opportunities and pitfalls of building your first Board with external directors, 2) As a successful FinTech entrepreneur, how to prepare yourself for joining a FTSE 250 board given that many of them are now actively seeking “digital talent” to help them navigate their futures.

We will be joined by a panel of experts who have experience across the breadth of this topic, including:

Mitchel Lenson — First external board director for Currency Cloud and non-executive director at Nationwide

Peter Williams — Former CEO of Selfridges, Chairman of Boohoo, SID at ASOS and Chairman at Mr Spex

Dharmash Mistry — Founder of Blow Ltd, non-executive director at the BBC and Hargreaves Lansdowne, previously a Partner at Balderton Capital
