If you’re reading this, you probably believe Cultural Creatives are your ideal customer, employee, prospect, donor, contributor, volunteer; or at least close to your Ideal Customer.
If you’re reading this, you probably believe more Cultural Creatives in your group, org, biz are a good thing.
If you are still reading, you’re probably willing to change your ways so the best and brightest will listen to you — and learn from you. This book tells you how to attract more of them.
Short version: If you put healthy live, local group process experiments, at the center of your org’s outreach, more Cultural Creatives and Team Humans will come and participate.
It also informs you how you may be unintentionally talking down to them and/or driving them away. Boring business meetings are a choice, not a necessity. We’ve known since the 1980s how to make biz meetings engaging and healthy group processes in and of themselves. We detail five places where this was worked out.
Ultimately you want more Cultural Creatives on your side because they are ones seeding alternatives to dystopia. Any ongoing group of these becomes a seedbed for social-cultural prototyping.
The best solution to a zombie apocalypse for your org is more Cultural Creatives generating more alternatives, for us to choose from. Only Social Entrepreneurs can save us from zombie apocalypse. Only Cultural Creatives can propose ways to re-invent face-to-face culture.

This book is for Progressive leaders and organizers to persude you to BECOME a live event facilitator of group process, WHY you might do this and HOW it will benefit your org, company, group, project, etc.
I’m concerned younger generations are duplicating exactly the errors of activist-idealists 1970s-1980s. The big ingredient my generation missed was adequate and sufficient attention to creating and sustaining local, healthy face-to-face group processes. More tools exist now — but younger people are not using them. No wonder democracy is in a shambles in the USA up to 2018. If you do, this will help :)
