KEVO Smart Lock
I’ve been 100% key free for the past year, thanks to the installation of KEVO’s smart lock, which connects over Bluetooth to make getting into your house as the tap on the top of the lock. Best of all, we can give out keys to guests for a week or someone working at the house for the day. When we moved into our new office, we got two more KEVO locks, and all of our team members have timed access to the office and we’ve got an audit trail. Highly recommend KEVO: easy to install and live changing to never have a key ring!!!

My apartment is oddly shaped and has walls that seem to be wifi-proofed — with our old router we couldn’t get signal anywhere outside the living room. Cuisinart Grind-and-Brew
I like coffeemakers with a burr grinder up top that let you buy whole beans. Yes, it’s a bit frou-frou, but you can really taste the difference with freshly-ground coffee, I think. Anyway, there’s downsides, particularly little parts that wear down and break over time, or just generally messy clean-up every time you make a new pot. This particular Cuisinart model, I’ve found, cuts down on all the irritations, makes a consistently tasty cup of coffee, and it’s proven to be pretty hardy over the past 18 months or so. – Lon Harris

The James Bond Blu-Ray Collection
This awesome set has beautiful transfers of all 24 Bond films to date, from “Dr. No” to “Spectre.” When was the last time you sat down and actually watched the Bond series, front to back? Probably never, is my guess. Well, it’s delightful, and kind of like taking a guided tour through the last 40 years of action movie-making. (Plus, when you are flipping by TBS, you’ll always know exactly where they are in the current James Bond marathon, just at a glance.) The Novogratz Store
Like just about every other San Francisco family, my husband and I like to think we’re cool city people — we just can’t afford many of the trappings of cool city life. Amazon’s new home collection from designers (and parents of seven) Robert and Courtney Novogratz, is priced and styled for a family like ours. I want cool rugs that complement small spaces (like this Novogratz Lulu Collection Abacus Area Rug) but I don’t want to have a heart attack when someone inevitably spills cranberry juice all over the pre-existing PlayDoh stain. With larger furniture pieces like beds and couches to accents like wall art and even door mats, I’m a big fan of this Prime-priced hip home line. — Beth

Keurig K155 Office Pro Single Cup
The Keurig K155 Office Pro Single Cup has been a lifesaver for my daily routine. This model has a programmable feature but the best part is you can hook it up to a water supply so you don’t have to keep refilling the reservoir. Its touchscreen is easy to use. I love that I can remove the drip tray so it can accommodate my to-go travel thermos as well as my regular coffee mugs. It can brew in four sizes, so you can adjust the strength easily.
