So I recently expressed my views about age old tradition of CV or Resume, different names same thing.
It was interesting to hear views and feedback but best of all it has now given me new thinking which is what I am keen to explore.
The new thoughts likely change and disruption which are key to certain industries but what has been the real issue in not having the change occur. I am currently exploring this topic and as I dig deeper into it, it’s interesting to learn how we human beings are the biggest advocates to change; and how we are also the biggest blocks to change.
Interesting part of my study which I will briefly conclude is that mostly everyone wants to hear good things and believe in “change” but very few of these actually have the courage and understanding for the “need of change”.
More to come as I learn, but I hope that the limited thinking or adoptability of our human nature don’t land us in the same places we were a decade or so ago. Evolution means moving forwards not backwards.
