High Performance & Results Oriented Workplace

One of our company’s top values is that we honor high performance and reward exceptional results. In a competitive industry like aesthetics, the status quo simply will not do. We know that average work will only yield average results — and let’s be honest, we don’t want to be average. We are working to be an industry leader with our superior products, a great corporate culture and our fresh spin on the market.
Great results are not possible without a stellar team of individuals. Upon applying for a job with Intraline, one thing that candidates find is that our interview process is rather long. It will start with a 30-minute screening call, just to let the candidate know about the role, answer any questions they have about our company, and to get a better sense of what they are looking for. If I do not sense a potential fit, then that is the end of the proceedings. For those that we would like to get to know more about, we have 3 additional interview stages for them to go through. We meet with them to discuss their values, goals and expectations to ensure a proper culture fit; we cover their work and skills history; and then we will meet with them face-to-face for a final conversation. When hiring remote team members, this is sometimes the first moment when we actually meet them in person. It takes time and patience to get through these stages, but the investment is well worth it when we find a star candidate.
The individuals that we bring on board not only need to be a great fit for our company, but also a complement to our existing team. If you have ever spent time with someone who is exceptionally positive, you likely started feeling really happy as well, like nothing could stop you or get you down. We strive to find individuals that will not only be inspired by our team, but will inspire us as well. The drive, vision and determination of great team members can be infectious! It’s that kind of vibe we want to encourage and nurture, to ignite our team, to encourage them to believe in themselves and to inspire each other with their energy.
In order for Intraline to achieve the targets we have set for ourselves for the next 5 years and beyond, we strive to have a solid team of high performers. We rely on our team to be pro-active and ensure that all deliverables are met. Those individuals that are not able to work in this type of environment (and we recognize that it isn’t for everyone) will not succeed with us. This results-focused work environment looks different from an average 9–5 office schedule. Admittedly, it took a bit of a mind shift to gear away from counting the hours that we spend at our desk. Changing the focus to completing tasks and projects as opposed to counting how many hours a week we spend in the office feels like we accomplish a whole lot more in the time that we spend working. My experience is that the clear focus and goal of completion pushes us to deliver much more than in a traditional office setting.
There is also a level of accountability which comes with being a results-focused company. It is regularly made clear that the onus is on departments and individuals to deliver their tasks and projects on time. The fact that we are a start-up adds to the level of ownership of the work that we do. When we celebrate our successes, it’s quite possible that a number of individuals in the company likely had a part in it or touched it in some way, at some point during the process. The phrase “that’s not my department” is not uttered in our office — being part of a start-up means that we all take responsibility for both the little and the big things, and sometimes pitch in to assist with things that are not part of our regular job duties. With a team of high achievers who can really see the big picture and who are willing to help when it is needed, we are working to ensure our continued success and growth. We can’t wait to see what we will achieve in the next few years!
