SEMINAR DETAILS:

This seminar will be broken into 4 sections with each section lasting approximately 2 hours. There will be opportunity throughout each section and after for questions. During the networking lunch participants will have time to discuss with peers and Intraline’s CEO and CMO any individual or clinic specific questions they may have.

Section 1: Leadership “Are you Prepared to Lead?”

What is leadership? What types of leaders are there? How do you lead? How do you empower your staff to become clinic ambassadors? These are just some of the questions that will be discussed.

Section 2: Business “After all, You are Running a Business”

As a practitioner you are running a business and the end goal is to be efficient, effective and prosperous. How do you achieve this and ensure you are on track? Come prepared to find out.

Section 3: Branding “From Clinician to Creator: Taking YOUR Brand to the Next Level

This will cover an in-depth version to Blair French’s 2015 CCR presentation, you will walk through the 5 easy steps to creating the brand and public image you want. You will learn to “Take control of the industry’s perception” while not allowing the media to drive it and in the end developing long lasting relationships with your patients.

Section 4: Marketing “Let’s Get Communicating”

You have a brand or have recently updated your brand and have reassured your brand is right for you, however the questions is — how do you communicate this? This section will focus on navigating through various techniques and tools on how to get your Clinic name to become recognizable. Website, blogging, social media..Do not be afraid as you will learn tricks to implement right away! It is all about breaking through the clutter, exploring new ideas and listening to your patients.

Reece Tomlinson, CEO

A Chartered Professional Accountant by trade, Reece holds an MBA and additional executive education from MIT. Prior to launching Intraline, Reece held roles as CEO and General Manager for firms with sales up to $40M and 150 employees throughout North American and Asia. Reece’s passion is working to build companies that empower employees through creating unique and innovative corporate cultures.

Blair French, CMO

Blair holds a BSC from the University of British Columbia, as well as an honors diploma in Communications. During the last 15 years of working in Marketing, Blair has worked with some of the largest and most recognizable brands across multiple continents; BMW, Fairmont, Le Labo, Chase to name a few. Blair’s passion is to take best practices from all companies and industries and apply them to the aesthetic industry. His philosophy centers around pushing boundaries and challenging the status quo.
