I like your use of the word ‘intuitive’ when thinking about the explanations.

Interpretability implies an explanation that is relatable by the consumer. There are many proofs in mathematics that one can say explains why something is true, however don’t provide intuitive insight. In physics there are mathematical proofs that provide intuitive insight on how concepts are related. The question of intuitive explanations requires the crafting of explanations that use human’s intrinsic understanding of space-time and identity.
