The Angels often nudge me to do yoga, meditate or take time to relax. I always feel better when I follow through on what the Angels are encouraging me to do.

I can tell that I need to add more fun to my life. It’s hard to make it a priority. However, I can tell when I need to put it at the top of the list. I start feeling cranky and resentful. I know I’ll feel less stressed and happier if I go out and do something fun!

It really is true that it’s productive to add fun to our lives. I’m going to ask the Angels what would be a way I could release stress and have fun. There’s so many ways the Angels can help us. Why not ask for help in the fun department?
