Just enrolled in Enabling Technologies for Data Science and Analytics: The Internet of Things!

I’m always looking to add new perspectives, expand my horizons by taking courses that cover fields where I really lack experience. One such field is where my IoT hacking meets data science and analytics. When we have enough sensors, and we’ve gathered enough data, it’s time to make sense of it.

Many companies today have mountains of measurements that they don’t understand. Given the right tools, that data can easily be a goldmine of learnings, optimizations, can provide answers to complex problems.

I believe the Enabling Technologies for Data Science and Analytics: The Internet of Things edX course will give me the right foundations and as it only has high school math as a prerequisite, I’m quite confident I can swing it too!

Starts March 7th. See you in class! :)
