Heh…I also spend hours of night, thinking about work problems. I am the type that brings work home. I know, I know, it’s not productive. But, solving problems is the most fun, rewarding part of my work. So I do it everywhere. I don’t think anybody in my team cares about hours numbers. But they do care about me solving stuff.
