IRA3D: successful cases in dental laboratories

3D printing transfers the efficiencies of digital design to production. Hereinafter there are two testimonies 
and information from two cases I studied.

CASE 0.1

The patient of case 1 is presented for the upper arch rehabilitation.
Presents a moderate horizontal atrophy of the ridge in the right posterior edentulous areas and a reduced height for the presence of the maxillary sinus to the left in the seat 25 and 26. 
It requires the solution with a fixed prosthesis but rejects any restorative treatment of bone tissue. 
The analysis of the case with the virtual reconstruction allow a previsualization of the anatomy.
The possibility of having the actual skeletal model in hand allow planning and preparation of the surgical phase in every detail with the selection of the procedure and the most appropriate implant diameters and lengths to the individual case, allowing to simplify and speed up the surgical session.






CASE 0.2

The patient of case 2 is presented for the replacement of 36.
It has a moderate horizontal atrophy of the ridge and a reduced height for the presence of the niche of the gland under mandibular and shape to the horizontal 
development of the body of the mandible.
The analysis of the case with the virtual reconstruction allow a previsualization of the anatomy.
The possibility of having the actual skeletal model in hand allow a planning and preparation phaseSurgical in every detail with the selection of the procedure and plant of length and diameter appropriate to the case, also allowing to assess the inclination of the same also in function of the prosthetic project and thus simplify and speed up the surgical session
