Service and technical support are a mandatory procedure, without which any owner of machinery can not do. It is necessary to have a high-quality technical inspection of equipment at least once in two months. Regular implementation of this procedure is complicated by the continuous presence of the equipment at the place of work.
The warranty period during which the equipment is serviced by authorized dealers and service centers is 1 year. After expiration of the warranty period the equipment owners try to optimize its services and shift to cheaper service options. During the life cycle of equipment a lot of owners and locations of the equipment are changing. Service history and its actual condition are becoming more opaque, which leads to difficulties while the next resale in the future.
We create a project which is able to optimize maintenance and to simplify the process of carrying out full diagnostics of the technical state of special equipment before or at the time of its sale.
