I find it disturbing how much woman of color, and woman in general, can relate to this. But this quote, it really got to me because this is something that I do and I didn’t even have awareness for it until now. Every day young girls are taught that their bodies are sexual, today’s society needs to remember we are people, not objects. But all things aside I enjoyed reading this a LOT!
