Don’t Fuck Up the Culture

“In organizations (or even in a society) where culture is weak, you need an abundance of heavy, precise rules and processes.” Evident if we do a quick assessment of say, countries and corporations that are layered with bureaucry-inefficient and weak thus reinforcing the need for more and more systems. Culture is indeed, the eternal adhesive, the challenge, is to ensure the bind is based on something both resistant and adaptive. Thank you!
