I just learnt a very valuable lesson in business.

It’s ok to say no to a client.


We had picked up on a really big oversight on our client’s part, and with a couple of weeks away from their launch date, we didn’t want to put ourselves under insane pressure to deliver on the ‘yes’, so told them it wasn’t possible to make the changes because of the deadline. Their response:

Ok, understood.

It really is ok to say no.
