It appears as though two manufacturing companies are going to be paying for the cleanup fees of the contaminated water. This contaminated water is in a village in upstate New York according to these reports. The Department of Environmental Conservation is taking this very seriously and hope to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Carmelo Anthony is trade bait in New York?

The Melo move is not likely, but everyone loves rumors around the all-star break of the NBA season. With a good young player in Kristaps Porzingis it may be good to trade Melo for more young talent and make this a full rebuild.
