OK, this sounds like the basis for a business plan. I don’t know how successful it could be, but I’d suggest to the author to find the team necessary to go build it, see whether anyone signs on, and agrees that this vision of a platform is in fact “positive.” I hope the writer’s not offended, but based on this limited overview of the research, I detect more Marx than Friedman’s thinking here, when it comes to socio-economic change, and that’s not change that I can get behind.
