And there would also be a vast and unlimited amount of size D batteries. This stock of size D batteries come in packages of 8 which matches precisely the JVC M-90’s 8 batteries requirements for being portable ...
That this stock would be no less then several billion packages of size D batteries - The JVC Box Act - enacted swiftly by every last member of Our Nation’s Honorable Congressmen and Congresswomen ...
The JVC Box Act then placed in the hands of Our President who would immediately sign this into law, an Amendment to the Constitution no less, with a special rider to this Bill ...
Where upon enacting The JVC Box Act, whomever would read this noble document, would be required by Law, to speak out loud that specific section of The JVC Box Act requiring an immediate procurement of several billion packages of size D batteries ...
That they would review the late Carl Sagen of NOVA fame and his timeless series regarding the Universe, the stars, etc.
That the official and National as well the International reading of this Bill and Amendment, would do so stating and saying "several billions and billions of size D batteries ...", just like Carl Sagen did.
The emphasis and inflection, the tone and accent to be as precise as the Honorable Dr. Carl Sagen.
And also a National Foundation shall be formed where there will be at least a minimum of a one week long convention held per annum.
Said convention to be named and determined forthrightly upon The JVC Box Act signed into Law by the President of the United States of America.
And as well for your great observation regarding the JVC Box museum site, those fine people who have maintained steadfast all JVC Boxes, would be provided a National Medal of Honor, to equal that in all regards and purpose, The Presidential Medal of Honor.
Though the exact Medal of prestige, it’s design and attribute would be left to the decision of a panel composed of great policymakers.
