There is a counterintuitive issue with scaling and technology. The more it scales the less normally distributed it is. At least that is what we have seen happening for the last 100 years. The better the technology gets, the largest the scale, the most concentrated it becomes (in active wealth creation, not passive)
The self deception can be a very powerful tool, when you try to convince others of something that it’s almost impossible (example RDF). It may be the only way to make craziness contagious.

Privacy means that I want to keep it to myself. Don’t want it to be know or violated.
Intrusiveness is someone else trying to interrupt or disrupt you, let’s say without being welcome.
It makes total sense.
Something I didn’t add to the article is that when competing against yourself, you should sometimes lose. Gives yourself the space and time to be defeated.
