I’ve seen so much bad research in UX, with statistical lies and foolery, I’d actually prefer no research in such cases. Example: expensive strategy consultant for online fundraising brags about testing thousands of variables and happily accepting the mysterious winner, which included some random color change to the action button. Total nonsense. Just the act of gathering data doesn’t protect you from BS. (PS: “Digital Choreographer” sounds like BS, since we’re on the subject.)
