I can understand that. I have never felt that way, but I have met people that do. I run into the issue where I assume everyone is as smart as me. When they aren’t, I am taken aback. I just assume they will learn whatever I am trying to teach as quickly as I would. I have to remember that every one is different and learns in their own way. Color has never been an issue. In the construction world, skills are what matter. That’s the world I live in.
