I recently moved from The Upstate. I am now living in Summerville, SC. I know a bit about what he is talking about because I spoke with that group before making the move. I was looking for a broker, and so they seemed like the obvious choice. During my meeting wth the recruitor, I asked about average sales from their agents. She was reluctant to show me it and other things even going on to say, “I can’t give away all our secrets.” When I looked at the numbers, I saw how most of the income levels were low — around 30,000 or so. She pointed out a real good seller by her estimate. It wasn’t much better. This got me all depressed. Is this what all my hard work is going to get me?
