One thing I would consider is creating a personality chart to see where the whole team fits and align that with the amazing technical skill visuals you have created. Again, this is a sticky exercise, but if your team is brave enough, you can see see the general pattern and what type of personality might fit in with the team. A good interviewer will be able to get a sense of an interviewee and if they fit in. I think most of us know there’s nothing worse than working with a prickly pear, even if they are a unicorn.
