Sorry, I’ve only really looked at the Brexit stuff so far in any depth. I find it difficult to take the rest seriously as I don’t think leaving the EU and its consequences has been dealt with in the Manifesto. How does the UK cope when we leave the Single Market? What happens to the car industry? What happens to farming? Ultimately, what are the costs of all this?

Labour have come up with a completely unrealistic proposal (“benefits of Single Market”) which the Shadow Cabinet knows is completely incompatible with ending freedom of movement. They’re trying to square the circle. It can’t be done.
