i know that… it makes me angry and it makes me sad… far to many of my female friends had told me the same or similar… and i still don’t know what’s the solution… how to fix it…

but the fact for me remains — and believe me i have done this mistake myself number of times — the red light in your head goes off and you ignore it time and time again? why do we do it…? 
no matter how much hope we have left and how many chances we feel we should give — when the red light goes off! STOP, turn around, run! that’s what the red light in your head is for, is it not?
