Teachers Going Gradeless
Arthur Chiaravalli

I get it, but it is a disservice to the students when competing with those that have grades for jobs, entrance into college, or graduate school. When needing to whittle down a large pool to the few or one takes several rounds of weeding out, no better way to put it because there is not enough time to invest when there is a large pool to start with. Not having grades is unfortunately an easy way to be weeded.
