Two unaddressed questions:

1) With the number of new physicians licensed each year limited by the AMA and is a significant reason we do not have enough doctors today, what steps will be taken to increase physicians to the needed levels with everyone covered under Medicare for all?

2) Why did you not consider the impact of self driving vehicles and common sense gun safety like trigger locks which could account for a reduction in emergency room and ancillary medical and non-medical costs close to $1T/10yrs? Plus saving approximately 75,000 lives each year. Plus, the infrastructure remodeling mainly in cities to make self driving vehicles operate more safely would be good union jobs, make transportation costs about 30% of what they are today, as well as provide continued transportation independence for people as they age are all additional benefits of ushering in self driving vehicles. Yes, driving jobs will be lost and those people will need help and training to transition into other opportunities.
