Top Ten Disney Movies

(Even thought this is not a stereotypical “teenage genre,” we can have nostalgia for our past favorites.)

10. Up

The fundamental relationship between old man and little kid is classic. The journey is also a monumental one, where both characters realize something important about themselves.

9. Beauty and the Beast

The interesting character and plot development make this love story one-of-a-kind.

8. The Jungle Book

7. 101 Dalmations

The villain and plot are phenomenal in this thrilling movie.

6. The Lion King

The characters and setting make this one of the more special and unique movies in the Disney genre.

5. Finding Nemo

Ellen Degeneres’s humor never fails to impress me.

4. Monsters, Inc.

Mike Wazowki is one of the most fun-loving characters ever created.

3. Toy Story 2

Andy’s toys come to life for the second time. Why I believe this is superior to Toy Story 1 is because of the villain: Zerg. He is also one of my favorite Disney villains of all time.

2. Aladdin

Jafar is one of the best Disney villains, and the setting and plot also attribute to Aladdin’s greatness.

1. Peter Pan

Captain Hook is one of the best Disney villains in the bunch (by now, you should be able to tell how much I love the villains). Peter Pan is also an iconic protagonist. The setting, Neverland, and the interesting plot make this the best Disney movie so far.
