Holding myself accountable in 2016

I am well rested, refocused and ready to take on 2016 with all that I have got. I have a lot of things which I aim to accomplish during the coming months of the new year. During past years when it came to goal setting I would often keep those goals to myself and that was fine and I would achieve maybe 80% of those goals, but that’s not good enough.

I had the mindset that if I was to come up short on a goal which I had set out to achieve I would be the only one to know and that no one would ever have to find out.

I have decided that I’m going to hold myself accountable in 2016. Which is why every month I am going to publicly announce my goals. For example. At the end of each month I will release a new post/video which will have all of my goals which I have set for myself for the next month. e.g monthly goals report goes up at the end of Dec 31st of 2015 (Today) for the next month Jan 2016.

I know that some people might not feel comfortable announcing their goals publicly because the fear of having to let someone know that you have not achieved the goal which you were sure that you would achieve would be too embarrassing. But I’m okay with it simply because it pushes me to work harder and If for any reason I do not achieve one of my monthly goals I will move it into next month’s goals.

I appreciate you taking the time to read this post and If you would like to see what I’m up to you can follow me on any of these social media platforms.
