I was in Italy last spring, two months before Brexit and six months before Trump and the main discussion I heard was about the Mussolinian character of the constitutional reform proposed in the referendum. That has nothing to do with Brexit and Trump. In fact it goes the other way because Brexit and Trump are Mussolinian.
