“liberty and justice for all”
A Cowboy and a Christmas Elf Walk into a Bar …
Clay Rivers

The first element, liberty, is far from being universal in the USA, and justice for all? Let me laugh. Why are there so many blacks in prisons and why is the proportion of blacks in prisons and among the victims of police violence — a compared to the black population in the USA — so high? Mumia Abu Jamal speaks of segregation against the poor in courts of justice. And you could add segregation against the poor as for health insurance coverage. And health coverage is plain justice. It is plain Amendment 14 to the constitution.
