I completely agree, especially on reducing media consumption.

Hey Rachel, thanks! I think that it’s been a lot of changes over the course of many years. However, this includes the time it took me to figure things out. I think the most successful approach would be to start with the easy things (tv) then work your way to the more difficult ones (sleeping). Probably tackle one of these things per week would get you the extra 40 hours in a few months.
