weight loss and food addiction, and I do believe people can be addicted to sugar and carbs, is not an easy problem to solve. Some things work for some people while other things work for others while nothing works for some!. I know, I have been there, at 350lbs and suffocating myself, killing myself with uncontrolled diabetes, hypertension, and a host of other ailments. I opted for Bariatric gastric sleeve surgery. I lost 130lb and have yet to be able to lose an ounce more. I eat under 1200 k a day, get regular exercise and I am still stuck slightly over 200. While loosing that much weight did elevate most of my medical problems, I still fight every single day with my weight. And its unfortunate that people that have never been on this ride, have no idea how frustrating it can be.
