Benjamin. One HUGE output of journaling not mentioned is healing back pain. I know it sounds odd, but in the last year I’ve suffered extreme back pain from bulged discs and thought I would live in pain or was heading for surgery. A friend recommended a book by Dr. Sarno called Healing Back Pain and changed my life and I’m 95% pain free. One of the most effective ways to heal back pain is through daily journaling. Again, it sounds crazy but I’m living proof that one can go from extreme pain, to almost zero pain through journaling.
