I love this no goal setting idea. We toyed with goals and they seemed so concrete and narrow. We switched to writing Visions, which has been tremendously positive for everyone at the agency. We have a 2020 Vision for the company, it doesn’t set any metrics just paints a picture of who and where we want to go. Smaller goals are fine, but bigger visions are important for alignment.
